So far one of the best nights in Porto.

The doors opened already in the afternoon around 4pm. Inside the AXA building artists and musicans demonstrated their masterpieces they created. The higher you got the more absurd the art turned. But I was completely astonished about the ideas and concepts that I didn’t move on as I usally would do.

For example one room was filled with tricycles where two people could steer and drive in opposite directions and other weird bikes to use. And due to the blue light, the room became a playground for mindless people. Another space was used by the VJ Lazers who presented his work on a curved screen, projecting visuals which are adapted to his music performance.

You could find three bars on each second floor and on the 6th floor the small balcony offered a beautiful view over Aliados and the Porto. Sure it was a little bit crowded but not for nothing. After midnight the ball rooms turned into the place to be. I forgot to mention that at the same time on the opposite site of Alliados there was the Up Street Porto - Urban art market in Espaco Montepio (another article). So plenty of opportunities to enjoy arts.

„Subculture and street art meet the public people“ - that’s what we might call a magnificent and unconventional reunion. Unfortunately it was the closing party. Hopefully Porto will provide more evvents like this one!
